We were thrilled this week to receive TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence Award, which is only given to attractions that consistently receive outstanding traveller reviews of four or five stars. The prestigious award recognises the incredible reviews Britannia receives from its visitors on TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel site. Approximately only 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this accolade, which also takes into account the volume of reviews received. "We are delighted to receive this award. As one of Scotland's top attractions, we take our TripAdvisor reviews very seriously and ensure we respond to all our visitors' feedback" said Lynda Dalgleish, Head of Marketing and Visitor Experience.
