From Friday, 25 January, the Royal Deck Tea Room will be celebrating the life and poetry of Scotland's bard, Robert Burns, with a special treat on the menu.
Haggis, neeps and tatties with a delicious whisky and wholegrain mustard sauce will be prepared by the Chefs in the Royal Galley and you can even treat yourself to a wee dram of Britannia whisky to accompany this national dish.
Our Photographer in Residence, Ruth Armstrong, stopped by the Galley last week to see how the Chefs create this traditional Scottish dish the Britannia way. And we must say, the end result was delicious!

The tartan you can see in the picture above was specially commissioned by Britannia from Kinloch Anderson, who are renowned experts in tartan design, kilts and Highland dress.
Based just along the road from us in Leith, Kinloch Anderson incorporated the Britannia colours of blue, red and gold in the tartan, which is worn by our front of house team and is also available for customers to purchase in the Britannia Gift Shop.
