This month's wine tasting video shows Bruce MacBride, Britannia's Food and Beverage Services Manager and Member of the Court of Master Sommeliers, conducting a tasting of the 2012 Sauvignon Blanc, Cloudy Bay, from Marlborough, New Zealand.
As Bruce explains in the video below, this is the perfect winter wine. As the nights draw in and we think back to the glorious summer we had here in Edinburgh, a glass of Cloudy Bay will lift your spirits and take you back with warmth to those long summer days.
Cloudy Bay is one of the many wines on our extensive list that clients coming to Britannia for an evening event can choose from. As Britannia's resident Sommelier, Bruce is here to offer his expert advice and help clients choose wines that will complement their menus perfectly. Cloudy Bay is the ideal wine to accompany one of our Executive Chef's starters of crab and lobster tortellini.
