Britannia is the perfect place to visit with the whole family. We offer family tickets, as well as free admission for children under five. Below are a few more reasons why we make for a great day out.

Yottie Bear Treasure Hunt

Our Yottie bears are once again hiding aboard Britannia and makes for a great activity to entertain the kids. The toy bears are located all around the tour route, so keep a look out! At the end of your tour, pick up your free gift from our Gift Shop!

We’re a child-friendly attraction!

When your kids aren’t busy searching for Yottie bear and his friends, there are plenty of other ways to get keep them entertained on board. Our children’s self-guided audio tour, included in your admission price, allows the little ones to learn about Britannia’s history in a fun and entertaining way. Royal Deck Tea Room

As a part of your tour, why not visit the Royal Deck Tea Room? Located where the Royal Family once held lovely drink receptions, our Tea Room is a great spot to enjoy a fabulous lunch, all freshly prepared and home-made. There are also many options in our menu suitable for children, including a variety of sandwiches, ice cream, milkshakes and more!

Continuing your day out?

The Royal Yacht Britannia is located in Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre, a great place to wrap up the day’s adventures. Ocean Terminal gives you access to plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as VUE Cinemas and Ocean Play, a fantastic soft play centre for kids. If shopping does catch your fancy, why not head down to the Leith Market, brought to you by the creators of Stockbridge Market, on a Saturday at the Dock Place car park.
