Enjoying the tour on the Verandah Deck
Whether you are planning a full day out to Britannia,
or if you are in a rush and have just an hour to spare, we have
something for everyone.
1 hour
With our audio handset tour (included in the admission price),
you can start your tour wherever you like. If you are short of
time, we suggest you start on the Gold Level (level 1) so you can
discover the magnificent State Apartments and you should have time
to see the Crew's Quarters too.
2-3 hours (Recommended)
Perfect - you will have time to enjoy the full audio handset
tour, exploring all of Britannia's five main decks. You
should also have time for a cup of tea and a home-made scone in the
stunning Royal Deck Tea Room too.
Half day
With extra time you can relax and take your time as you go
around Britannia. Seats are provided so you can sit down
and take in the beauty of your surroundings. Why not enjoy lunch in
the Tea Room? As Britannia is berthed next to Ocean
Terminal you should have time to visit some of its 70 shops, day
spa or cinema as well.
Full day
If you have a whole day, you could take the five-star Majestic
Tour bus to The Royal Yacht Britannia and Ocean Terminal.
This wonderful hop-on hop-off tour can also drop you off
at some of Edinburgh's other Royal attractions, including the
Palace of
Holyroodhouse and Edinburgh Castle. The

the Water of Leith to the National
Gallery of Modern Art or, just a short distance away, unwind in
one of the waterfront bars at the Shore.
Two days
Buy the Royal Edinburgh Ticket to visit The Royal Yacht
Britannia, Edinburgh Castle, and the Palace of
Holyroodhouse. As well as admission to all three attractions, the
ticket includes two days unlimited travel between them on Edinburgh
