Unsung heroes, Week 2

We continue the theme of the blog this week and bring you more pictures of Britannia's Visitor Experience team. This week it was Adam, Katie, Alison, Megan and Heather's  turn on a beautiful sunny morning in Edinburgh.

The Visitor Experience team spend their day looking after our many visitors aboard Britannia. We welcome around 300,000 visitors from around the world each year and last weekend saw one of our busiest days ever, since Britannia arrived in Edinburgh in 1998. The team are key to ensuring that all our guests leave Britannia having had an exceptional experience on board.

In line with our audio tour, in 22 languages, many of the Visitor Experience team also speak a second or even third language, which certainly comes in handy when they are chatting to our many international visitors. The team can be found throughout the ship; the State Dining Room, State Drawing Room, Sailing Exhibition and State Apartments are just a few of the locations you will find them telling stories of life on board and chatting with our visitors. If you visit Britannia, make sure you say hello to our friendly team.
