On the ground floor of the five-star Waldorf Astoria, celebrated chef, Mark Greenaway, has begun his new venture with Grazing by Mark Greenaway.

The concept behind Grazing, as you might expect, is to provide a mix of traditional and modern sharing plates to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere where you can unwind and eat at a leisurely pace. This exciting restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients to create the innovative plates created by Greenaway.

With 160 covers, opportunities for private dining and “chef’s table” experiences, expect to see on the menu some of Greenaway’s star dishes such as his barbecue shiitake mushrooms on toast or the delectable 11-hour slow roast pork belly.
