Select a time to arrive. You can then stay on board as long as you wish within our opening hours. Tickets will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during online purchase.
- Most special offers or discounts are available when purchasing online. Simply enter the reference number at the checkout stage. Armed Forces or Carer tickets are only available at the ticket desk. They cannot be pre-booked, but these tickets will be available for a visit on the day.
- Edinburgh T&Cs: This offer is only available for those who live in Edinburgh. On the day of visit, you must bring along your booking confirmation and proof of address (showing you live in Edinburgh with an EH postcode on the document) for admission. Tickets must be pre-booked through the Britannia website in advance by entering the code, this discount is not available at the ship itself. Available on adult, student or child tickets only. The ticket with the lesser value will be admitted free. On applying the code before checkout, the website will automatically amend the ticket prices. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, family ticket/armed forces/gift ticket. Maximum of 4 tickets per booking. Offer valid to visit until 31 August 2025.
- On average, a tour takes 1.5 - 2 hours with additional time should you wish to visit the Royal Deck Tearoom.
- Tours are self-guided, available on your mobile or an audio handset and are included in the price of admission.
- Bookings can be moved free of charge.
- Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your visit. To request a refund, e-mail enquiries@tryb.co.uk.
