To guarantee admission, you must pre-book your tickets in advance.*
*Armed Forces & NHS discounted tickets cannot be booked in advance, as these tickets require ID (Staff ID or payslip) and are only available at the ticket desk on the second floor of Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Please be reassured, those purchasing Armed Forces and NHS tickets will be able to buy their tickets and visit, despite not booking in advance.

Tours of Britannia are self-led and available in 30 languages as well as a children's audio tour. You can listen through the audio handset or on your mobile phone. If possible, please bring your own headphones for use, however disposable headphones are available on request.
The Britannia tour is highly accessible. The tour is available through a visually impaired audio guide, a Braille script, printed script or through British or American Sign Language tablets.

As part of your admission to Britannia, why not visit the Royal Deck Tea Room? You can enjoy freshly prepared, homemade food, stunning views and a warm welcome.
