£8.40 per hour

The Royal Yacht Britannia is an award-winning five-star visitor attraction and exclusive events venue in Edinburgh. Based on board The Royal Yacht Britannia, this seasonal position is part of the Marketing team. You will take bookings and give visitors information over the phone and by email. You will also be responsible for printing and posting tickets and other general administration.

As Scotland's Best Visitor Attraction, a passion for offering great customer service, together with an excellent telephone manner is essential, as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude.

Hours of work will be from 8.55am until 5.05pm. You will be expected to work up to 3 weekends in August.
