The Lighthouse Bar
Situated on the upper deck of Fingal, The Lighthouse Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere. With floor to ceiling windows, sit back and watch the world go by, the perfect escapism.
Cocktails
The recently launched cocktail menu features ten completely unique creations, all with a nautical twist and a hint of Fingal’s rich history. Created by Alessandro Borelli, our very talented Bar Manager.
The Signature cocktail, The Lighthouse Martini, is already a firm favourite and is served in a frozen lighthouse-shaped bottle. Mixed to perfection using Britannia’s bespoke Gin, Vermouth, grapefruit bitters and pickled Amalfi lemon. This cocktail is bold and very delicious.
Afternoon Tea
For an afternoon of indulgence, the British tradition of Afternoon Tea is not to be missed. Enjoy five courses of delicious treats and seasonally sourced delicacies. Start with an amuse bouche, followed by a selection of savoury treats and of course sandwiches, scones and a selection of sweet bites to finish. The menu changes every six weeks so there is always an excuse to come back time and time again.
Evening Supper
As the sun sets across the water, the evening supper menu offers beautifully prepared dishes, full of flavour. To ensure seasonal ingredients of the highest quality are used, the menu changes every six weeks. Our current menu includes Isle of Wight heritage tomatoes, herb crusted lamb loin and Valrhona chocolate mousse. All prepared on board by our team of chefs.
